Holy Egg Nog!
I just got my first quart of egg nog for 2011 (yay Wawa!), I look at the nutrition facts and there are 180 calories in a HALF cup of delicious egg nog. That's only four ounces! I knew it was gonna be bad, but geez. I feel like I just found out Santa wasn't real. Just thought I would let the MFP world know my pain...:sad:

Do you have to get your hair wet in these classes or is it more of a chest deep thing? I would like to try it but can't seem to catch any classes in action. Thanks!

logging time at the gym???
I typically do cardio or circuit videos at home, but decided to try the gym yesterday. I wore my HRM the whole time (1 hour) and burned 674 calories, half my time was spent on the recumbent bike the other half on weight machines. Should I log all of those calories as cardio for 1 hour? Or half? Enter all the strength work…
