Hi ! Add me. I am 52 years, so my metabolism is slow. I have a sedentary job. I do around 5 hours of exercise per week. In order not to gain, I need to eat no more than 1,200 calories/day.

How do you cook 100% steel cut oats ? Does it need to be soaked first ?

Just plan it: that is plan ahead of time that that one dinner will be your indulgence dinner .... and enjoy it, knowing you have decided to indulge this dinner. Also, plan that the very next day, January 2, you will log your food and exercise on this site.
