I'm 5`3 and currently I weight 150. (I think, no scale while on vacation) goal weight is 100 because I have an hourglass figure and I have a lot of weight in my thighs :P

If I meet my calorie intake, I don't eat any more that day unless I do a workout to burn all the added calories off. A good way to fight hunger is chew gum *it has 5-15 calories a piece* or drink a bottle of water or low cal drink.

I just make sure I don't eat much and stay under my calorie limit. If I get hungry, I drink a bottle of water and I'm good! :)

For me it's a 1/2 cup of oatmeal with lots of water. Only 120 calories
