  • I was a jeans and t shirt girl. Then I went on a night out and got so many compliments about how nice my legs look, I'm now a skirt/dress and leggings girl.
  • Cheese is the best! I have to treat it like chocolate and my other treat foods. Not very often, but really appreciate it when I have a small treat piece.
  • Heey! The advise I would give you would be to mix up your workouts so your body doesn't get used to your routine. Make sure that you also have a good rest day as well. Keep an eye on your inches as well, you can have success in other ways than what the scales say :)

  • Personally I'd say P90x. It's got varied workouts so it mixes it up a little so you don't get bored. I'd also consider which trainer you think you could listen to everyday. If you can't stand the trainer it won't be easy to motivate yourself to workout.

  • I always wear my Shock Absorber sports bra. I can't imagine being without one!! I do always cover up with a t-shirt as well, but to me not wearing one just sounds crazy. I need the comfort and support that it provides when doing my workouts.

I have eaten differently this week, a Subway for friday lunch, a pub lunch for a work meeting and I have also mixed up my exercise too, swimming and more weight training.
