I used to be one of those 1200 I actually went last week and had a metabolism testing and I needed to consume 1700 calories and work out at least 90 minutes a day. I am doing p90x and I am not fit over weight infact and trying to get it the pounds off. I've been doing it for 6 weeks now and lost 9 lbs you can do it. It maybe hard at first but you get stronger as you move along.

This my progress this week I did work out everyday. I didn't do the extra work outs like I normally do. 2696 / 3500

P90X is a 90 day program. You work out 7 days week. It's an awesome program I am on week 3 and I have already lost 4 pounds working out to the program.

By tomorrow I will reached 3500 calories. I've been working out to p90x and walking. I try to make it a goal to burn 500 calories a day. I've now done p90x for 2 weeks and lost 4lbs. I am really proud of myself.

Walked my dog for 35 minutes then hopped on the treadmill for 60 minutes total for Monday 512 calories burned.

I can do this I just did my first week of p90x. I am going to shoot for 3000 burned calories. Bring It!!!

I had a cheat day on Saturday for one meal but I still tracked my calories just so I know what I ate. I didn't even eat everything that I counted made me feel better. You don't want to over do it and gain back the weight you lost.
