i am going to a class on tuesdays doing the turbo fire. i have only done day one so far, but it is a lot like tae bo. it is really fun though! the hour went really fast! and the people on the video are really motivating! good luck!

keep in mind everyone's body is different and works differently, but I find if I give myself a rest day from exercise at least twice a week, I lose more. I still eat healthy and follow my calorie intake but I skip the hard cardio. might do some strength training but not a whole lot! don't give up! it will start working in…

ice them down when u are done working out. i get them bad too but i work through them and then when i am done ice them for a bit. its working for me! good luck!

sad as it is to say, my mom. if i work out it was not done right. i should have done it longer or harder. i eat something and it should have been something else. i lose a pound and i could have done more... it is a never ending cycle with her! nothing is good enough or done right!

i am going through a similar situation except i am getting married in april of 2012. i am not going dress shopping until november of this year. find out what the alterations department of where u buy the store recommends. sometimes they have time to do a "crunch" job!
