Why don't you just add everything you put in your meal? For example, if you make scrambled eggs and you only use 2 eggs, just log two eggs. If you add milk to your eggs, search the database for milk. That's the way I do it :)

Personal experience (nothing profesionell here...) I eat at a deficit and started weight training in January and I increase my weight about every 10-14days. So I am getting "stronger" :)

I would grow some balls and tell her. It's just fair. If you want to make it "as easy as possible", text her / write her on facebook. But you might hurt her more than you should.

It's more like cream cheese, but with a slightly different taste. It tastes a little bit "sour". €dit: here's wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quark_%28dairy_product%29 Obviously, curd cheese isn't the best translation, thank you not online dictionary :-D

Have you tried low fat curd cheese? It's 12g of protein & 66calories / 100g. (sorry, I am so not familiar with cups...) I use it for my breakfast. I mix it with a mashed banana and then add some cornflakes, flax seed, chocolate sprinkles.

Going to a steakhouse with my BF. The meal I am planning to have, "only" has around 600 calories, so I am super able to fit it in my daily calories. :)

I usually eat it mixed with some onions, pepper, salt and dill. Makes a perfect dip and is ultra-mega-awesome-delicious to cooked potatoes :=)

It's probably not muscle, but water. I started weight training again this year and I only lost 1 pound so far, but inches. Do you take measurements?

Take measurements. You might be just storing water because of your workouts. Your routine sounds great, just keep doing it, be patient and don't focus on the scale :)

Just use a scale and weigh your stuff. There are a lot of entries in the database that are in grams, that's the way I do it :)

I ordered one last year, but I sent it back after 3 weeks. It's fun, yeah, but for me... it wasn't worth the money. Maybe you get the possibility to try it for one or two weeks.

don't stress, just don't. I know these competitions, but hey, it's only the first weigh in. So just stick to healthy eating habits and a little bit of exercise and you'll lose the weight. If you body stores water before / during TOM, let it.

If you want a free day, take it. If you feel like working out, do it. If not, don't. That's the way I handle my birthday :)
