      I see too many that only go to the gym to do cardio for fear they'll get bulky from lifting weights.

      Weights won't get you bulky since you naturally don't have enough testosterone. They'll only enhance your curves.

      So lift!! And squat for tha booty

      After watching grunge video clips yesterday I have rekindled my love for 90s dude fashion- long shorts, boots, long wavy hair, no shirt. Basically, Chris Cornell circa 1990.

      Several weeks ago, my fiance and I finished watching The Big Bang Theory and were lying on the couch. He was channel surfing because we don't have anything specific we like to watch after that. He came across a PBS show about Stephen Hawking and decided to watch that.
