Most of the things here aren't weird...and I don't think mine are either but here goes:

    Men:
Fit men in tight tees, especially short sleeved ones (love those upper arms!)
A little scruff on the face
    Salt & Pepper hair
    Tanned skin and dark sunglasses
    Big, rough hands
Hair I can run my hands through at the top (nothing too long though!)

    Women:
    Fit women in yoga pants
A little hint of cleavage (too much is just too obvious)
    Smooth, tanned skin
    Soft, shiny lips
    Long wavy hair
    Little to no makeup

when a woman is standing and rolls her shoe/heel to the side while talking
being schooled by a snappy comeback to a comment I made (Sinisterly....   )
    short pixie like hair (sometimes)

i find weirdness attractive: scars, odd looks, strange haircolor (including premature white/gray), way of speaking, mannerisms, anything really. the weirder the better. weird ways of thinking are the best.

men who can pull off shaggy hair
nice jeans with flip flops (I am a born & raised CALI girl after all)
a great sense of humor, usually smart *kitten*-y
men who dance and don't care if they can or not
    brown eyes
    wide shoulders...yum.
and men who smell clean - like dirt. yes. dirt smells clean to me - not sweaty dirt but freshly tilled dirt.

I don't know how weird these are, but ...

I have a thing for older guys who are in good shape. Not a lot older. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 40. This is wrong, but I think I subconsciously discount younger guys who are in good shape because they SHOULD be, you know? But an older guy, it almost says something about his "prowess," and I find it really distracting (in a good way). Plus, men that age tend to be much more aware of and comfortable with who they are, and the good ones tend to have already gotten all the frat boy BS out of their system.

Men who lift (heavy and properly) are hot for a number of reasons. Strength, of course, but because I am also a lifter, I understand the mental and "character" requirements, for lack of a better way to put it, of being a serious lifter, and I find those qualities attractive. And that goes for any physical pursuit that requires really pushing yourself and constantly striving for improvement.

Men who read, especially in bed ... hot.

Men who cook (or at least try) ... also hot. In fact, effort in general ... hot.

I am turned on by men who dress appropriately for whatever setting in which they may be. I think people are way too relaxed about how they look in public, and I find it puzzling that guys who spend hours every week working on their bodies will then go on a date dressed like a hood rat.

I am also impressed by men who are firm and confident and unapologetic about who they are. I find it attractive in the sense that I like strong men who believe that who they are is good enough. Pretending to be this way or that way just to please someone else is weak and lame and sad. I know because I used to be the kind of person who did that, and I didn't like myself very much for it.

Ha ha. There's this really hot guy at my gym who always wears a man bun. I call him Orlando Bloom in my mind. Seriously, he's the spitting image.

Everything. It's called 'strange' for a reason.
