i always take my lunch. i work on a college campus with a chick-fila and other fast food options, lots of temptations and co-workers wanting me to walk over for lunch. i often walk with them but i don't eat the foods, i eat at my desk before or after. i do treat myself once in a while to a taco on the weekend, but i order…

going over in protein is ok but u do want to watch the sugar. and i agree with above, only natural sugars, but still try to limit if u wanna lose.

it's amazing how fast the weeks go by. i don't think i lost this week, hoping maybe a pound, i'll be happy with any loss! i increased water, hope it helps!

mine isn't moving either and i'm frustrated. i started walking on my Dad's treadmill and walking the dogs more and stuck to under 1,200 cal. a day :( the last two weeks i lost, don't understand why this week i'm stuck. hope i'm down at least 1 for tomorrow's weigh in.

I did good today, walked my THREE dogs twice, once in morning, once at night. i haven't been exercising due to a bad leg (broke almost a year ago....broke tibia and tore ligaments....still in pain). felt good to be out walking again, nice weather in maryland today! also, got on scale and went down another 2+ pds!!!

i stay at 1,200 or below a day, or i do not lose. maybe a lil more on weekends but i try to always stay under 1,400 a day.
