what is tdee? I'm in for support. Frustration at the scale is something I'm familiar with. I too have a thyroid issue. I would suggest muscle confusion when working out. Do something differnent!:flowerforyou:

Shocked at cottage cheese, and the sodium content. Also really ticked apples have so much sugar. I thought apples were supposed to be a healthy snack.:noway: :noway:
