I bought a fitbit hr charge. This has helped me a lot. I have a desk job and i utilise all the features such as the silent alarms to prompt me to do the 150 steps an hour - down the stairs, to the water cooler and back up again as opposed to the one outside my office. Don't give up! You've done really well, you have probably just hit a plateau. Have you measured yourself you've probably lost cms. Welcome, I had about the same amount to lose. quite a lot of things helped me so I have listed them below. Log everything even the "naughty stuff" then you have a complete log of food. set yourself small goals, I work in 7lb chunks Only weighing myself once a month helps me, then I don't get so worked up on the weekly…

Count me in, the more the merrier I say, I've been successful with weightwatchers in the distant past 6 stone loss for my wedding day, spent the last 22 years going up and down, a 3 year plan for my 25th anniversary would be great.
