Yes I definitely count my calories. Right now I'm in a bulk and I'm still counting my calories. I go well over my set calories but i try to stay within 4,000-5,000 calories a day. Counting calories helps and works.

Intermittent fasting works wonders. I'm actually on a bulk now but when on a cut my go to is Intermittent fasting!!!

I've been bulking for 3 weeks eating 4,000 to 5,000 calories a day and I lost 3 pounds instead of gaining. Confused......

I'm on a Bulk as well, been eating about 4,000 to 5,000 calories a day for 3 weeks and instead of gaining I'm losing weight. Frustrating!!!

Yes it definitely helps, I myself use Mutant Mass Shake. 1,000 Calories a serving, I use it as the extra calorie I need for goal daily calories. Protein shakes/Milkshakes also very good for extra Calories.
