Try it with me the 16/8 fast 16 hours eat 8 hours 9pm is my last meal I won't eat till 2pm the next day TRY IT WITH ME
Ex2: your last meal was at 8pm you will not eat until 12:00 noon the next day

Have been doing for it for 4 years. I do more of a 18:6 though. 7 days a week.1

Intermittent fasting works wonders. I'm actually on a bulk now but when on a cut my go to is Intermittent fasting!!!0
