I need to lose more than 50lbs.. I'm happy that I've logged in about 25 days in a row! I need more friends too, it motivates me to know that others are working at it just like me :) good luck!

Hello! My name is Brittany, I'm new here too (I think day 17). What has worked for me most is using smaller plates and bowls.. I fill it up with mostly veggies (I never measure those, but should be about half of ur plate), I use a scale or measuring cup for carb/protein.. Hope this helps :)

Pictures can be a great motivator :) I know they are for me.. I don't want my daughter to remember me as chubby and unhealthy.. So I'm changing it :)
