Great job Austin...you look great!

I seriously ate all the peanut butter Dove eggs I could find today :D ...it won't be as funny on weigh in day, but damn were they good :p

I have family members that have done it....nothing to envy. I think your success is wonderful and you're learning the strategies to maintain the loss. My family members were not so lucky...one is obese again...because they never learnt how to handle CICO.
-
You could do maintenance or you could screw that and eat freely...I'm more in the second boat, life is too short for me to track on vacation and I'm close enough to goal and have my home life routine down. Have fun either way :)
-
OP...I would never guess your turning 40 from your pic, you look so young to me :) ...I digress...I do IF now on the weekends because I know I'm going to have a calorie heavy dinner...and then I eat 3 meals regularly throughout the week...this has helped me consistently lose and still enjoy my weekends out. I just keep my…

It took me 2 yrs after my first to get a flat toned tummy and now I'm working on it again after my 3rd...my last 2 were really close in age. I think you're doing great....I do find my tummy to be the last to shrink as far as inches go...but I'm confidant I'll get there....so will you :)

Great job! Very inspiring :)

Great job!!!

I do a lot of my exercises barefoot...I do some of my strength moves with shoes because I feel I have better support or grip...just depends. I hesitate from doing high intensity aerobics barefoot...I have osteopenia and fractured a bone in my foot as a teenager just from dancing...so if I'm jumping a lot I put shoes on.

I don't binge per se, but I do have days I go over....by a lot. I just keep moving along. I log the ugly truth of the matter and keep going. It honestly hasn't affected the scale for me because I'm under my calorie goals a few days a week. Have you noticed the scale trending up or down? If you're still moving down, brush…

I feel this way with any greasy treat meal. I look forward to it, but then I pay dearly for it. I feel like my stomach has a brick in it and then the heartburn will kick in. :(
-
The same thing happens to me....every night. Congrats on the weight loss :)
-
I'm picturing getting goosed by a carton of milk when opening the fridge door now...would definitely make trips to the fridge more entertaining :D
-
OP I'm in the same boat... I really want to look good in my bikini...at my current rate I'll be ready in November :D
-
Yep....this is me....right now
-
Very impressive :)
-
Umm....I'm. 5'2.5 and weigh 139lbs and eat 1500 calories to lose...I'm no expert but I would imagine you're going to lose at an unhealthy rate...what's your activity level...cause I am active, but still that seems like a huge deficit...but I'm not an expert
-
I don't avoid any foods...but what I do is look for low calorie recipes with those food choices that I can cook for dinner....I seriously eat cheese EVERY single damn day and I've lost 9lbs off my 30lb goal...I love cheese :)
-
I just want to say OP...I envy your 14-15,000 steps...I wish I could get over 13k...sorry I have no advice, very pretty smile btw :)
-
Congratulations on an amazing loss...and your wedding! You look amazing <3
-
Great job <3

Ok...someone please help my new *kitten*. What happens between 06/23 and 06/30? I love your chart by the way...just confused on why it keeps going down then jumps up and stays. Is that just an average after that point?
-
Well with my first I gained 50lbs but I was anorexic prior to the pregnancy.....number 2 I gained 30lbs....number 3 I gained 20lbs...in the process of losing it now. I did lose the weight though within 2-3yrs following first 2 pregnancies and I'm on course for the same turn around with the third one :)
-
Just to give you an idea...I have similar stats as you...it took me about 3 weeks to see a decent drop on the scale....and I've lost several inches in that time. Now in week 4 and family has noticed my weight change, so it's become noticeable to others :) I know not everyone's the same, but hope it gives you some…

Did you just notice the difference in size? I ask because I've always been told that one is always bigger than the other...myself included...is it really noticeable...or just one of those things we only notice on ourselves but not on others. I would imagine it will even out with continued overall loss.

Well I know you can burn fat (eating at a deficit) while maintaining some muscle (strength training)...but the only case study I have followed is my own so I'm going off of my own results. I will say this...my body looks so much better while losing weight and strength training vs without the weights :) I'm sure someone…
-
It's totally fine...carry on :*
-
It is discouraging, this I know from experience...but just keep going. Get back to your deficit and give it time and this will just become a speed bump in your journey.
-
I eat the same...but then again I don't eat exercise calories....so it doesn't affect me, I just end up with a smaller deficit those rest days
