Are you looking for recipe suggestions? You can try the recipes board here or message me...I use several recipe blogs to build my weekly meal plan :)

If you find anything that works...let me know! Ive been wondering the same about any lotions or creams to benefit (I'm not looking for a cure all) but something to help :)

I eat restaurant food every Saturday night and have family dinner at my mom's every Sunday...both equal calorie bombs :D ...I don't look at it as "cheat days" per se, because this is my life (I'm lucky enough to have date-night on saturdays and I'm Italian...so family dinners are GOING to happen lol)...but I do fast before…

I'm not creative in the kitchen at all lol...so I use other websites for recipes Skinnytaste.com Emilybites.com Slenderkitchen.com Cooking light.com Hungrygirl.com Skinnyms.com Dashingdish.com Yeah...meal prep is very important too me :D

You're good...I know it's hard to trust the numbers, but test it and you'll see it's ok. I'm 5'2 129lb and eat well over that most days (1700-2000) and still lose considerably...yes I am active, but at the end of the day the numbers don't lie.
-
This happens to me too some days...how far did you go over? What were you thinking/feeling at the time? (You don't have to answer here just take note of it) We're you too restrictive earlier in the day (typically what caused it for me honestly). Try rebalancing your calorie allotment for meals if that sounds like it was…

It doesn't typically go by number, but rather the security of the safety equipment closing on you correctly etc...I don't ride them but my husband does and he is a big guy...not sure if that helps any

If it works for you and is sustainable long term...go for it. Just understand it's not necessary for weight loss...I don't cut out any foods or drinks and feel wonderful without deprivation...so it's really a personal choice.
-
Well that's odd to me, because as a 5'2 129lb female I lose on more than 1700 a day ;) OP it could be caused by coming off your TOM, my weight goes crazy for days before and after. Just hang in there and keep doing what you're doing...it'll drop :)

For me it's been being honest with myself...as in writing it all down. Secondly, understand why I wanted to "over eat" , in my case...boredom. now if I grab a snack and I know it will set me over my limit I put it in a certain spot and walk around for 5 minutes...If I still want it I eat it with a full bottle of water....9…

I've always used the free version...it works for me. I do wonder about using premium for macros down the line though.

Great job!

Well I definitely see a difference in your profile pic, good job!! I had a co-worker whisper to me that she'd noticed I lost weight ,but didn't want to come out and say anything, thinking she would be implying I was "fat" before ...I'm sure people have noticed your loss , but maybe they don't want to bring up such a…

Op what is your target weight? And how did you get that number? Were you born in 2000? (Just wondering based off of your screen name) I was well into an eating disorder at 17 so this is why I question how low are you trying to go? I was obsessed with a number...I just wanted to see a certain number on the scale and didn't…

Well I'm 32 with 3 children and I only had about 40lbs to lose overall and yes I am seeing some wrinkly skin on my midsection...nothing too bad and I'm still planning on wearing my bikini once I find my confidence too :D . Honestly though my overall health is waaay more important than the loose skin.

I noticed a shift in height as well...I have Osteopenia, which to my understanding is the precursor to osteoporosis...at 32yrs old I wasn't quite ready to see my height shrink a half inch. I use the smaller number because it doesn't affect my BMI at my current weight.

So sorry for your loss :'(

I do love Beachbody programs...I started years ago doing Turbojam and then later Turbofire and PIYO. I'm actually going to start Turbofire up again this summer now that I've gotten into better shape I feel ready for it. I'm thinking of trying P90x...I'm just a little intimidated still :D . Also if you're looking for free…

I personally bank calories from one day to the next. There are days I eat under and days I eat over, as long as the deficit balances out I feel it's fine. :)
-
You look great! Best of luck on the rest of your journey :)
-
You look fantastic!

Great job!!!

I'm literally in the same boat...5'2.5 and 133lbs lol...been riding this a couple of weeks now. I know I need to tighten up my logging, good luck :)

Aren't grapes healthy from all the wine they make? Seriously?? I feel healthier every time I drink down a few grapes >:)
-
Yep...I'm right there in the eat the cupcake and drink the wine camp. I hit the healthy weight range and decided to break a bit, I still want to lose another 10ish lbs...but I need a little down time first and then I'll jump back into it...there's no rush, I own this body :D
-
How are you figuring your burn rate? If you're using MFP it is said that it may be over estimated and a general trial and error rule is to eat back 50% of burned calories and see if you lose accordingly :)
-
As a D to DD cup... I just want to say I sympathize...I would love to go down to even a C cup...but even when I was anorexic the D cup remained...so I have no hope to offer but I understand OP *hugs*

I've done weight watchers in the past, not currently. I like the ease of tracking calories and I use the forums for nightly support/motivation. If it's working for you that's all that matters :)
-
If you are content on waking up early...Congrats! That will work...and Congrats on the new baby! My only advice (mom to 3) is to set up your routine NOW, before baby is here. That way when the sleep deprivation kicks in (and it will) you will have a set schedule/routine to lean on. My husband shared night time duties and…

I tend to put my weight loss on hold on vacation. I'm there to relax and enjoy my family...I eat if I'm hungry, my damage is always minimal. Maybe it slows down your progress by a week, but in the grand scheme of things it isn't that bad :)
