Yuck, but my coworkers love it! Hummus
-
Well chewing gum helps me feel less hungry not sure how gum chewing would affect you OP. I am no expert, but as others mentioned drinking water helps!

You just need to let your body get used to it more. Your body will get used to it soon.

I had the same problem first tried to lose weight in 2013 lost weight, but gained it back after switching jobs and it was a desk job not the fast paced retail job. I started to lose weight again, and it would not register on here because it was still seeing that I was at that number before. I ended up editing my entries…

Hello, I just want to let you know I understand you can't go to the gym now because it's $40. However, consider walking outside more, walking back and fourth if you have stairs ( actually burns a lot of calories). I have a friend who walks back and fourth at her house, and I did it before as well get my steps that way. I…

Some people on this forum have been mentioning it could take up to 2 years to see any change; however, some people also say the only way to change the extra skin left is through surgery to get rid of it. I would say try to tone up as much as you can with weight training, resistance training, and speak with a professional…

The best way to truly help you is knowing your stats. You want advice when you provide this information it will give us a better idea until then it's pure speculation. And honestly skinny fat happens to both genders as others called out. I think a guys opinion is just as helpful as a girls. Best of luck with enjoying the…

This app is great for me lost more than 11 pounds so far!

Your son said something mean regardless if you're thin or fat it's important to teach that everyone deserves respect. I am not skinny myself, but I wouldn't tolerate that behavior. I understand you're thinking its a breaking point, but to me it shows disregard for others feelings. Best of luck.

I personally eat back half of my workout calories because the machine kinda overestimates as well as MFP often. I used to feel hungry after working out, and if I didn't eat back anything felt like starving and would binge eat (not healthy). 50% works for me, and I still am losing weight.

The first thing I started to do was reduce eating out and cooking more meals. I read up on portion sizes, and realized I was eating way too much! 4 times a week at least. I reduced my portion size, recommend weighing your food, and premade my meals (no more food trucks outside of my work area!) , so I wouldn't feel tempted…

I wouldn't eat anything that made me sick. If I go out I eat small portions of what I order and place the remaining in a to go plate and eat it the next day. Then I can eat what I want, and some days I eat less one day, and eat what I want the next day that's very high calorie. However, I am still following my goal!

This sounds horrible! I have read some information about it now and it has horrible risks associated with it such as organ failure. I wouldn't risk my life just eat and maintain a deficit. I have lost almost 10 pounds now eating what I want in smaller portions and working out. When I don't feel like working out I eat 1200…

I agree, and I also love the sea salt caramel bar as well, and the strawberry cheesecake! Clementines are awesome! I take 1 to work and it's under 100 calories.

This is a horrible idea I second Allenpriest.

Being married with a little girl sounds like a motivation OP. I understand you're looking to partner with someone, but this isn't Craigslist(which has its own dangerous problems) Good luck on your 25 pound goal loss. If you would like to meet people consider a local gym, or maybe a community event that's geared towards…

Hello, I think it's great you reduced your Mountain Dew intake congrats! Have you considering eating 4-5 times a day ? I noticed previously when I ate 2 times I was usually hungry for something sugary later on. Eating breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, and then dinner really helped me ration my calories out…

I am not sure what the plans involve. I don't pay for anything to use this site. However, advertisement does pop up sometimes one can ignore it if they like.

I had that happen to me before as well a few years ago. I was about 20 and I was working in the retail industry lots of activity going , but I was not eating enough and or did not have enough sugar in my body. When you're active your body uses your stored energy and when that energy depletes you would feel faint. I also…

I haven't seen it before but my job has the option of a standing desk. I mostly stand up a bit while I am sitting down and do some stretches and move a bit.

Hi, I hope it works out for you this time. This is probably the 700th time I am trying to lose weight as well, and I also get excited when I lose weight and stop and go back to my bad habits. I figured out recently instead of making such a big goal and getting excited I am going to start slow. I recently lost 4 pounds in 2…
