To get back on track, lose about 3 kgs, and definitely drop that body fat %

Gaah okay thank youuu both

Depends on your goals. Jillian michael's 30 day shred is just 20 mins a day, and you can do it at home. :)

No I already know that bc I am that "skinny fat" I'm low weight high fat, I'm trying to become leaner by minusing the fat and retaining the muscle so I was just curious about the whole "don't lose muscle" thing
-
Oh my.. Thanks all! :) I eat a lot of protein and I lift 2-3 times a week so hopefully I'll keep the muscle and drop the fat
-
Thank you all for the replies :)

Wow OP, you and I are in the exact same boat. When I say exact, I mean exact. Same measurements.. I have the same problem. I've been eating lots of protein, and doing a combo of weight training and HIIT, and sometimes yoga if I'm too lazy haha. The results take a while to see but I think over time people around you will…

Thank you! My priority is to lose fat, decrease body fat % - the weight in numbers doesn't matter to me all that much since I'm in the normal range. the thing is that i have a higher amount of body fat compared to my weight
-
Thank you :)!!

So if just maintained a calorie deficit, I would lose the fat? Not that I will, but I'm trying to understand what would solve the problem.
-
I was looking into it, it seems good! I wanna try it

Okay, I understand.. yeah, I definitely don't want to hurt myself. Would 3 days weights, Yoga and HIIT be good? I really want to lose that fat!

Okay thank you guys! So none of the above exercise classes, except maybe Yoga? I was thinking Body Pump and Pilates, a friend said that'd be good for what I want, along with strength training!

How many months would this take, typically, if I maintained a high protein diet and weight trained 3 time a week and did Pilates twice a week? I'm not asking because I'm impatient, I just want a rough estimate since I'm gonna be at the beach this summer in Europe!!

Thanks! How many months?

Do you do that?

I did weights for a while and saw no change at all. So now I do cardio again - the treadmill. But then again, I read that I'm not supposed to be doing that...
