SUGAR is SUGAR - For most, sugar is not a problem, BUT if you are diabetic or have a family history of diabetes, you should be cautious of the amount of sugar (natural or otherwise) you take in... Also, if you eat whole fruit instead of drinking juice, you will get the fiber instead of just the sugar.... hope that helps.…

Weight Watchers is a VERY good program. They also have some amazing cook books... I used it several years ago and it worked fantastic, I just can't afford any program right now because I am unemployed. Good Luck !!

I cut them in slices, then put them in a container with vinegar water.... Get them ready in the morning, stash them in the refrigerator and they are great for lunch or afternoon snack.. YUMMY

inner wrist will hurt - just sayin' - I have a celtic knot bracelet tattoo on my right wrist and the worst part was the inner wrist... also have a large celtic cross on my back and the spine was a bit painful.. and a yellow rose on my left ankle..
