My DH is 6 ft 6/ 6 ft 7. He wears a US 13, I suppose it must be (we use EU sizes). Must get him to join your group. He needs to lose his "pregnant" belly. He thinks he can get away with it because he is so tall *no* Think he weighs in at about 235 pounds at the moment.

Same. 27 inch waist and 36 inch hips. But weighing in at 130 at the moment. Need to do a body fat measurement. Could imagine it's quite high.

Thanks guys- I think you are right- I don't "want" it bad enough any more. Currently I am 129/130 pounds and 5 5 inches with a BMI of about 22. I agree on the processed foods things. I am exactly the same. Some days I can eat low and be fine..other days I can eat and eat and eat and it won't matter. I find if I eat a lot of diet stuff e.g. diet coke, diet yoghurt, diet jello I have more hunger and worse cravings.

I use the Doves and never have any issue, but I do add additional Xanthan Gum (Dovers farm make this also) even though its premixed in, to make sure the stuff doesnt crumble

Thanks everyone. My BMI right now is 22, so I am fairly close to where I want to be. I do 200 squats a day and 20 mins fast walk (7 km/h which is roughly 5~ miles per hour) on 6 incline on treadmill along with my regular workouts. The exercise calories are overestimated on MFP so I don't want to eat more than 50% back. Also, yesterday I ate over even the "overestimated" exercise calories and I was most exhausted yesterday.

I have this. I could eat an entire packet of biscuits (cookies) once the "day's worj is done". It's definately a habit with me. What helps? I don't think that you can get rid of cellulite no matter how thin you are. The scrubbing previously mentioned does help change the appearance of the cellulite though as far as I know

find sugar extremely difficult too. Even though I am eating a lot of fruit at the moment, I think about chocolate all the time. I think its the combo of fat and sugar that is particularly delicious. SIgh
