Women have body fat. You can't get rid of it. Some will always suffer cellulite. You may be able to reduce it, but sometimes you can't. Love your body. Nobody really sees it the way you do.
-
Yes and no. The problem is actually the question itself.
-
Arguably yes, my percentages are 55/30/15. Have only tried to reduce my drinking of Coca-Cola, other than that. My diet did not rely on specifically cutting carbs, or increasing proteins. I don't see carbs by themselves as the enemy, certainly not complex carbs. Though I accept HFCS, added sugar are both sources of carbs…

Open up your diary please. Easier to provide more specific help.

Torrent and Chromecast. Two cheap alternatives. Focus T25 is great, but it is overpriced. Otherwise buy it secondhand, tons around.
-
Since when? Can you open up your diary and also provide some more detail.
-
Of course you can. MFP isn't real, your body is.

It can happen. Lean mass might be rising (water in your case) and this can be considerably more than fat mass you are losing over a short period of time, or you are not eating 1,300 calories and miss tracking somewhere. Don't panic. Just continue what you are doing if you are confident and the numbers will improve again.
-
Perfectly normal. It slows, just don't get disheartened when it slows.
-
Count them, and fruit is not as good for you as people think.

Honestly all I hear is excuses. Its going well, you have lost 6lbs, you are fluctuating 2/3lbs (hardly surprising, water, even going to the toilet leads to fluctuations!). Either you want to do it, or you don't. This is a key moment of choice. Carry on, no matter what, even if you slip now and then or give up and lose.
-
Amazed by that, as I went 125 as well.
-
145

Had a similar problem when I first started. Make sure the contacts are wet, take the battery out and put it back in. It sorted itself, I worried about nothing, now it works fine.

1. Pounds lost: 34lbs 2. How long it took: 90 days (12 weeks) 3. How many calories you were eating a day: About 1550 4. How many days a week you worked out: 4 to 5 5. How many calories did you burn during your workout: 250
-
Look how much I have lost in 90 days, and the main reason. Switching from Coca-cola to a diet product, and calorie deficit.

First session almost sounds exactly the same as mine. Wrong footwear. Since I have added cross fit trainers, but mainly do it bare foot as suggested by Shaun T himself. Balance struggled. It has got better, though still not perfect 10 weeks better. Barely made it. Well today I nail most of them, but still struggle with…

I'd go Gamma first, that will keep you busy for another 8 weeks.

Thanks for these articles tedrickp. I will withdraw my comments and return to the books. Just to note, I don't use an Atkins type diet. However, I do try and reduce my overall calories intake mainly through reduction in snacking and Coca-Cola. This might explain why I find the Taupes information so appealing.
-
Thanks, I will have a read.

A lot of stress and confusion. And a lot of people accusing me of being ill-informed, which is not the case. However I accept 'flawed' could have done with more clarification. Weight gain is caused by carbohydrates, sugar is a carbohydrate (a tasty one as someone put). One respondent put correctly "but the foods we eat…

Just remember, you are never that accurate anyway. Go for a good estimate. In the long run, it is only a small error rate.
-
It looks like you have made some progress against the measurements. Might be worth opening up your diary so people can have a look.

There is divided opinion on the subject. Those pro eating back your calories argue that eating back your calories can jump start weight loss, by getting your body used to the idea that fuel will be provided when you work hard. Another camp thinks eating back your calories is a poor idea, arguing there is not much…
-
The type of food does matter in the long run, calories in/calories out is a flawed method. You have to be careful if you are maintaining a high sugar habit (i.e. Coca-Cola) but cutting food for example. That is my point.
-
Don't worry about starvation mode, none of your numbers are even close to what is needed to cause this. Your numbers look well worked out, give them a go, see what happens. Try eating the 2,017 calories, and then typically a lot of people eat back 50% of the calories they burn in exercise. Remember most of your weight loss…
-
In the short term, yes. In the long term, you need to be careful with sugar intake, if you are not reducing your long term sugar/carbs, the chances are you will put on any weight that you have lost.
-
Lost lean mass isn't really lost weight. Definitely experiment with upping calories & protein.

Remove bad snacks from the house. It will be better for you and the small kid. Replace them with healthier snacks.

1) It is very rare someone is sedentary. This method of calculating TDEE does not rely on the very subjective activity type in TDEE. It too is not perfect since it relies on the calories in/calories out, but it will give you an idea. 1. Add up all the calories you ate, over a period of a few weeks 2. Add 3,500 calories for…
