Yes!! Since Friday it's been so bad :( I ate nothing but ice-cream today... Feel mega guilty. Not sure how to supress those crappy cravings though...

I've cheated all weekend... Feel really guilty for it, and feel like I've now wasted my hard work from the rest of the week! Oh well, back to it tomorrow.

I'm having a cheat meal tonight. Spicy pulled pork in burger buns. But I've stayed within my calorie limit for the rest of the day, as I don't believe an entire cheat day will be helpful to my goals :)

If you think he's worth it, stay. But as someone with a mother-in-law from hell (and no longer in contact thankfully!), he really has to be worth it!!

I've recently limited my chocolate intake too! I'm finding it a struggle, but know it'll be worth it in the end. I'm replacing my chocolate craving with an apple at the moment :)

I re-joined MFP start of this year, and have my food diary open to friends. I never did that before because of the amount of rubbish I ate! But I feel that if people are looking, it will keep me on the healthy stuff, rather than ringing up for a pizza lol :) Good luck in your journey!

I was going to join SW, but then found a local "woman's bootcamp" fitness class which is £3 p/w. I decided that, being cheaper anyway, was worth the money. I couldn't really justify £5 PW on being weighed when I have found support on here :)
