Bet her parents are so proud...

Forget the worries for one night, and just have fun :) You could always dance off the calories if going to a club after or something ;) lol

Have you thought about trying Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred? That might help you?

A swan... She has a graceful look to her :)

I eat 1400-1600 a day, and MFP says I should lose 2lb a week this way. I've lost 8lb since January 1st, so I'm guessing it's pretty spot on so far :) Any loss is fab for me though.

It can be really difficult eating with hubby, can't it? It's taken a while for my other half to adapt to the new lifestyle change, but he's getting there :) He still buys his awful crappy snacks in the weekly shop, but meal wise he has become a lot better. What doesn't help is that he's underweight (even though he eats for…

Holy smokes! You look incredible :)

I love you for this!! Good job :)
-
Love it :) I forget that i'm doing a workout in the end!
-
Well done!! Fantastic work :)

I think it depends on how much you weigh as to how many calories you will burn in a workout session. Or the calories are just overestimated, which does happen on MFP I've heard :)

Run to the shop... Eat... Run back home ;)

I always buy a naughty treat to pig out on each weekly shop (so on a Wednesday, I have a naughty treat followed by an hours circuit training lol!). Once the treat I've bought is gone, it's back to the grindstone. If we don't allow ourselves the luxuries (in moderation) once in a while, we'd end up gobbling 10 times as much…

I still kind of eat whatever I want. A lot less takeaways than I used to have though!! And for things with beef mince, I use turkey mince instead (like turkey meatballs) because it's healthier :) I use my slow cooker a lot too... Can't go wrong with a stir fry either :)

As a "newbie" that's been using MFP since Jan 1st, I'm still new to all of this... But I think I'd rather work out a few times a week (not overly work out, as I couldn't sustain that and would give up), as it's not all about weight loss. It's about leading a healthier lifestyle, is it not? I'd rather lose weight slowly,…

Bacon, egg and cheese casserole?! Yum...

Absolutely hate mayo. The thought of it makes me want to chuck up!

I plan it out each morning, otherwise I know i'll go over or something. I find it nice to be prepared :)

Hi ladies :) I'm a mum to a beautiful 17 month old, and from Hampshire, UK. It can be tough juggling motherhood, perhaps work for some, and trying to change your lifestyle, but we can all do it! Feel free to add me :)

Hey, i'm wayyyyy heavier than you (same height too). I weighed 220 January 1st and now weigh 213 Feb 1st. 7lb loss. I am beyond thrilled!! So you should be even more than thrilled considering you're not a big girl like me. Slow and steady wins the race :)

Yepp :) on daily too, with an open diary. Feel free to add me!

I suffer with endometriosis, so my periods are extremely painful at times. If one month is particularly painful, I stick more with low impact cardio. The exercise helps relieve some of the pain. So if it is painful, try and do something and make sure you don't eat sugary crap that you may crave. Stay healthy, and push…

This!! FitnessBlender is my favourite. I always use them on youtube :)

I used to be, and still am at times, really bad with sugary junk food. I allow myself 4 squares of dark chocolate every now and again if it fits into my calories and macros. But what I really do which works wonders to beat my sugar craving is eat an apple. I find the taste of a granny smith apple overrides my sugar…

"Oh you've been doing so well recently. You deserve a treat!" I don't NEED a treat, so stop shoving cake in my face -.-

I like to have boiled eggs as a snack :)

My weekend has consisted of rubbish food and alcohol, and now i'm too hungover to workout, and i'll have put on weight this week!
-
I'm currently a size 18 (uk sizing), but can fit into some size 16 clothes. Sizing is so different dependent on where you shop. Plus, since having my daughter, my boobs are huge (tmi, I know). So i'd say i'd be happy in a 12 :)

I weigh myself every Monday morning, as soon as I wake up (well, after my morning wee! TMI, I know haha). When I tried to lose weight before I was completely obsessed with the scales, which is why I will never go back to weighing myself everyday. Once a week works for me right now :)
