Eating more!
Well, I started logging on the 2nd January. And I've realised that i'm eating so much more food than I would before... I eat around 1500 calories a day. I have a normal breakfast (piece of toast or something as never been a big breakfast fan). Then I have two lovely cooked meals for lunch and dinner, as well as snacks…

So, last time I was on MFP (on an old account, as decided to start fresh this year) I tracked everything I did physically. Odd bits of cooking and cleaning etc...
