Tracking...

So, last time I was on MFP (on an old account, as decided to start fresh this year) I tracked everything I did physically. Odd bits of cooking and cleaning etc... This time, I've decided not to track any cooking or cleaning.
What are people's thoughts on tracking these kinds of things? Or do you just stick to tracking actual workouts?

I don't usually track any exercise as it then adds them to calorie bank, and I then feel the need to eat them!0

I've messed around with basal rates and thing for years, so I just chose a base rate (based on my lifestyle) that sounded about right and then only log "intentional, extra" exercise.0

Cooking and cleaning should really be included in your base activity level IMO. It's part of your normal daily activity. If you do something out of the ordinary maybe (I wouldn't) add that. I only log deliberate exercise0
