So we've probably all seen this massive hype and the tragedies that the NekNomination craze has brought. For those that don't know it, it's when you drink a bunch of alcohol or other rank stuff in one and then nominate other people to do the same... Pretty stupid.

I've seen alternatives to it though, and thought "wouldn't it be great to have an MFP nomination", where we upload a video of us doing something fitness/workout related?!
