Eating more!

Well, I started logging on the 2nd January. And I've realised that i'm eating so much more food than I would before... I eat around 1500 calories a day. I have a normal breakfast (piece of toast or something as never been a big breakfast fan). Then I have two lovely cooked meals for lunch and dinner, as well as snacks during the day. I have to add on more snacks so I reach my 1400-1500 calories!

It's so weird, I feel like i'm eating way too much. But I guess it's because before I took up my new healthy lifestyle last week, I was basically not eating all day then pigging out on chocolate, sweets and takeaways, consuming way more than appropriate.

Not quite sure why I've written this :P I've just noticed the masses of food i'm actually able to eat :D
