  • I'm sorry if this is a bad suggestion, but I think after trying to talk to your husband about the situation, and he is still buying the junk food. Get angry! He is doing this to your kids, even if he doesn't mean to. Don't suggest you'll buy the groceries, tell him you will, and then tell him he is not to buy any more junk…
  • I'm super cheap, so I just YouTube exercises. I've gone through a few different channels, but I found Fitness Blender and it's pretty amazing. Awesome workouts, and free! :P
  • This is just my opinion: The treadmill can be good cardio, but shouldn't shed inches like doing strength or core workouts. Counting calories is also efficient since you know exactly how many is going in. If you don't want to spend any money, look up Fitness Blender on youtube and see if some of there videos could be useful…

  • I do both. Since the elliptical can hurt like hell only after a few minutes, I'll switch between the treadmill and the elliptical. I typically do about 20-30 on treadmill and 10 minutes on the elliptical. :)
  • Sending friend request! My diary is open to friends (probably not the best for inspiration though.. haha), but we can always motivate each other. Anyone else is welcome to befriend me. :)
  • I add dasani drops to my water. I love them, and they taste great! My favorite is the pink lemonade, but they have lots of different flavors. :)
  • Eat more than 800! You should eat a minimum of 1200... and no less!
