depends on the type of tea, but sometimes i'll add a bit of extract. so vanilla, coconut, hazelnut, peppermint extracts are all really good options to explore.

you're preaching to the choir! gained about 5-6 pounds because of the holidays and now need to lose those pounds. freaking out because i don't feel the same motivation i felt to lose the 80 pounds i managed to lose before. we just need to think positive!
