I have 2 food scales a traditional one and a digital one, can never be too sure.

Not as bad as "board" instead of "bored" "naw" instead of "now, "cewl" instead of "cool", "frew" instead of "through". All these I have seen on FB.

I did think where this thread was going when some of the posters were saying that I may have a drinking problem but I don't and didn't want to get into a confrontation so thanks to the above posters.

Update: I only had a 240ml glass last night, it was ok and at 12% does get you tipsy quickly.

I'll have a glass and see how it goes, never drunk Red Wine before so don't know how it tastes, as for binge drinking I quit doing that because of issues.

You need to stay away from fady diets, they don't work in the long run. This is about changing your eating habits forever.

One night won't hurt, remember you don't/didn't gain the weight in one night so going over one night will not hurt your progress.

Put the scales away in storage if you prefer to use photos and your instincts. Or you could use a tape measure instead.

Sauna's do not burn up calories, your body does. You mean do Sauna's speed up the burning of calories like exercise, then no. If they did then everyone would have one and obesity wouldn't exist.

I do notice that when I eat protein in a meal, I tend to be fuller for longer and don't have any snacking urges between meals.

As long as you are in a deficit then you can eat what you want. Fast food, processed, packaged, whatever as long as you are in a deficit.

8 is my sweet spot, if I go under or over I feel tired for most of the day.
