Calories per day?
Is this in a 24 hr period from midnight to midnight? Or is it from when you wake up to when you go to sleep?

Halving food calories.
If say a food is 160 calories per 100g and I have 50g of it, do I just simply halve the calories? So 50g would be calories.

Weighing Pasta.
According to the food label it's 156 cal per 100g, is that cooked weight or dry weight before cooking?

Plateau, what to do.
I have about 7-8 lbs to lose but have plateau'd the last 2 weeks. Should I up my cals to 1800 to lose 0.5 lbs a week instead? Currently on 1 lb a week on Sedentary at 1680 cals.

Double Chin.
Hi, I'm losing weight in the stomach and chest area but still have a little double chin. It has got smaller but there's still a double chin. I have about 6lbs to lose to get into my healthy BMI, will it eventually go?

Weighing and logging.
Should I start weighing food instead of logging? E.g. a slice of brown bread is 111 cals when I scan the barcode, however by 100g which is about 2 slices it's a different number, should I weigh the 2 slices and go by that number?

Alcohol.
I have decided to stop drinking Beer/Lager and drink Red Wine instead. Will this aid me in my weight loss?

What to do?
I have already consumed 1400 cals today, should I go over as I will get cooked a Sunday Roast and I have a bottle of Sainsburys Red Wine ready to be drunk.

Snacking after Midnight.
I fell asleep before the evening meal and obviously didn't have any. I woke up a 1am and had a Tuna sweetcorn and wafer thin chicken slice sandwich on brown bread. Do other people do this?

What should I do.
I'm having a Budweiser 500ml can which is 200 calories apparently, do I log it for today ( Tue) and take away the 200 from my daily intake?

Anyone know a more accurate calorie intake for Shandy? I had 4 pints yesterday.

This morning I had 27g porridge oats with semi skimmed milk (180Kcal) and 2 Bacon rashers grilled on 1 Wholemeal Brown bread not toasted (179Kcal), can I have 2 Bacon rashers grilled on 1 Wholemeal Brown bread not toasted (179Kcal) again for Lunch?

As long as I stay under my calorie intake...
Does it matter what food I really eat? For example if i was just to have fast food for a week breakfast eg: Mcdonalds Sausage and egg wrap is 305 cal, PG Tips Tea with Milk is 10 cal, Lunch: McDonalds Crispy Chicken Salad is 325 cal Small Fries is 230 cal, Tea is 10 cal, Dinner: McChicken sandwich(My favourite) 385 cal,…

Drinking Alcohol.
I'm slightly overweight and am trying to lose about 11 lbs to get to my healthy BMI range. I'm currently trying to consume 1770 calories or less a day but I do like a lager (Carlsberg, 440ml, 141 cal). Would it be ok to drink 4 say once a week usually on a weekend at home? Would it upset my weight loss?

New to this.
I'm 12 st or about 76kg and am about 5'7 so am short lol. I want to lose weight and have set a goal of 1500 cal a day. Is this too low as I started about 3 weeks ago before signing up to this and on occasions have felt really hungry.
