Calories for Shandy.

Anyone know a more accurate calorie intake for Shandy? I had 4 pints yesterday.

    If it's store-bought, the nutritional value will be on the can/package. If you're making your own, then you have to measure out how much beer you put in and how much lemonade. Then get the nutritional values of the beer and lemonade and multiply by the appropriate percentage to get the actual value of what you put in.

    For example, if I use 60ml of beer, and 120ml of lemonade to make my shandy....

    If the beer I use is 32 kcal per 100ml and the lemonade I use is 18 kcal per 100ml....

    32 x 0.6 = 19.2
    18 x 1.2 = 21.6

    My Shandy has 40.8 calories. I'd round up and call it 41 :)
