Yes plus standing and cleaning all use calories no matter how little you do.

I don't go by looking in the mirror, I go by how I feel in my clothes, alot of my tops are a bit baggy for me now because they are stretched and my jeans are a bit baggy around the waist.

I don't really like Summer, I prefer Spring or Autumn.

I always bag my snacks such as crisps(Chips), nuts into 25g bags or a quater of the total weight of the product so then I can just snack away throughout the day knowing that I'm only going to a quarter of the calories without it being inaccurate.

BMR is what you would need if say you where in a coma in order for your body to function properly. Going below that is dangerous and unhealthy.

I also have days where I just can't get to sleep and it then disrupts my sleeping pattern. Try a glass of milk.

Yes you can. I can't get into a routine with exercise so instead I have just incorporated it into my daily life like walking everywhere.

This is interesting as I have had several days where I have been under my intake by a couple of hundred calories even more. Does that mean I can use these at the weekend for drinking?

I have 1 day where I eat what I want and drink Alcohol and it hasn't affected my weight loss. As long as you stay under your TDEE for the rest of the week you'll be ok. You need to find a sweet spot between your BMR and your TDEE.

I would ask them first "Have you lost weight?" then congratulate them or whatever. The ones that don't when they know they're healthy and have been trying to lose weight are probably jealous.

The reason I asked is not because of the cals and intake but because of the other stuff which some of the posters have posted. I don't really know enough about the Macro side of things and the Sodium intake is something I want to learn about, but yea as long as it fits in the daily allowance.

That looks like some small amount of fat, nothing to be bothered about. I have the same thing although I did have a larger double chin before.

I took the the measurements then used the fat2fitratio body fat calculator, just google it. Btw it's not the most accurate way but it's may give you a rough idea.

Yes, you can just measure your neck, waist and hips.

Yep which is why I also use a tape measure as well because it's not always about the scales.

What is ideal for you or anyone trying to lose weight is to lose weight without starving yourself or being hungry all the time.

Just stick to stuff which is grilled or boiled and soup as well.

Well I call Lunch "Dinner" as well, but Supper is a bit outdated now at least for me. I remember when I was young in the 80's we used to have "Supper" usually Toast sometimes Cereal.
