DVD's are good, also circuit training using your own body weight. Would just have to search online for different circuit exercises. Zumba is crazy fun! I had the same concerns my first time. Just dont be worried about getting everything perfect. As it was mentioned above, you can burn over 500 cal in an hour of Zumba! (At least my HRM says so!)

I have Fibromyalgia and everyday I work out through the pain. Swimming / water therapy like mentioned before has always been recommended to me and does feel great. Also Yoga.
