Audreypawdrey Monday PW: May 27-145 CW: June 3-142 Yay! It finally dropped! I hope it can continue to drop. I went camping this weekend, but I tried to eat healthy. I would love to drop 4-6 lbs. this month!

I dropped to my lowest weight in several years this morning! I know it will go back up because of fluctuations, but I am so excited! I hit 141.8, and my goal is 130. Started at 165.9!

Today marks 100 day AF! I am so glad that I joined this experiment because I have learned so much through this experience. Audreypawdrey May Week 4-Monday SW: 147.8 PW: April 22-147.8 CW: April 29-145.4 Yay! The scale dropped this week! I did strength training Monday-Friday with a rest day yesterday, and I think that helped! I have 15 more to go before goal!

I was doing a booty boot camp workout this morning that had a ton of squats and bridges. I have also been trying to up my water intake. When I was doing the bridges, I could hear water sloshing back and forth in my belly!
