No... that won't be for years to come. It was my first 5K that I've ever walked! 212 days ago, I would have labored to the half mile marker and turned around and called it a day! Thank you everyone!

I started off with looking for 20 gone, then 40 gone, then 50 gone, then 70 gone, then 100 gone, now I am looking for 125 gone.... I wouldn't put a time restraint on it... just work to the next goal.

Honestly, for me, people are just now noticing... and I'm 100 pounds into it. But I started off EXTREMELY morbidly obese.

It takes HARD WORK and PERSEVERANCE!!! I just saw the magic 100 number lost this morning!!!! I still have 112-162 more to go.... I started off VERY VERY VERY morbidly obese. I have a food addiction. I was lazy. You are not alone in this!!!!
