Hey everyone... I've been a horrible checker-inner. LOL My daughter was being bullied at camp and that took up a lot of my personal time. My time at work has been non-stop from the minute I get in until the minute I leave. I have continued to exercise every day this week though!

If I can do 1000 in a week... which I have NEVER done before - then I can CERTAINLY add it to my daily routine!

Another bump for newbies to try it out. Testimonial: I have lost 9.6 pounds since starting the challenge on August 1st. The first week alone I lost 6.8 of those pounds. If I can do this (with bad knees, one that needs surgery), then YOU CAN TOO!!!!

I had some things going on yesterday that prevented me from checking in. I DID complete the challenges yesterday for Wednesday and I've done everything today as well!!! I have done 800 of 1000 crunches this week, too!

Okay, since it's only $8 I think I WILL go ahead and get it and try it out... but I will make sure to tighten up form and give it a whirl!!!! Do you think 300+ pound people could get through the whole 30 minutes or will it take time to build up to it?

Okay... SERIOUSLY.... after those woodchops and squat kicks yesterday, my thighs and buns have SCREAMED everytime I go to sit down on the toilet to pee!!! And with all this water I'm taking in, THAT'S MANY TIMES!!!! lol

I just want to clarify - I committed to 200 crunches just for Monday alone. I will commit to 500 added to that over the course of the week for a grand total of 700!

Well, I had put up big numbers last week for the team... so this week wasn't as big but hey - it wasn't a gain, right?! This week I lost 1.8 pounds. I am going to try even harder next week so I can try to put up a bigger number again!!!! Have a great rest day everyone!
