  • I'm 5' 3.5" -ish and I weigh 112lbs. I would like to be 110lbs but I can't quite seem to get there and stay there. I know I need to work out more.. I'm a small-medium frame.
  • 5'3.5" 31 y/o hovering between 112-114lbs lately. small-medium build/rectangle (on the cusp of medium) probably an ecto/meso combo but mostly mesomorphic body type. The most I've weighed not pregnant is around 140 (too much) and lowest 95 lbs, way too small. 5-10 lbs to lose and I'm good.

  • What works for me is regular weigh ins. I use a great app called Weight Diary to track. If you have an iPhone I highly, highly recommend you download this app. The free version is good, but the paid version which I use is definitely well worth it. The scale is a tricky thing, though.
