  • I did 23 days of the shred back in March before I got lazy and quit :/. I have over 100 to lose and I didn't really lose any pounds, but you can definitely tell a difference. My clothes were much looser and I was in a wedding and actually had to get the dress taken in 2 inches in the chest! I was just eating normal…

  • You look absolutely amazing, a true inspiration! I can't wait to get to that point! Congrats!
  • I log the 30 day shred as circuit training, and I log it for 20 minutes. I've seen some log it for 18 and some 20+.
  • L1D2 down, and I feel great! Hopefully will keep it up :).

  • I love these answers :). I would buy our dream house-a 3 bedroom farmhouse on lots of acreage near the Smokies in Tennessee. I would also buy a small vacation house in California, since that is where my hubby is from. I would pay off all student loans, buy houses for the rest of my family , and put the rest away for my…

  • I would love to join this for the motivation! I have never run that much in my life, but will try for 50. Is it to late to join for March? I am in a wedding in April and need to lose major weight!
  • I saw that too, and would love to know if they work. I know there are no miracle pills, but even if they help a little-I would be willing to try them.
  • Thank you all. Diana, that is also my main motivation-I want to be here for my children and their children in the future. I want to be a good role model for them, so that they hopefully never have to go through weight struggles. Chevy88grl...thank you. I know that large goals are sometimes discouraging, but I have to order…

  • Very inspiring! Great Job, and you look absolutely amazing!
  • I have the same problem. I have a 2 1/2 year old that no longer naps during the day or she doesn't sleep at night, and I have a 10 month old and it makes it so difficult to exercise! I usually either wait until my husband gets home or try to get up before them in the morning. I also try to do things with them for…

  • beancurdie-awesome job losing the inches and pounds! day three today of my restart of the shred level one, and feeling a little bored. However, those of you ahead of me who are posting results are very encouraging! I would love to measure myself after level one but unfortunately my 2 year old hid my measuring tape…
  • The 30 day slim down sounds tough but fun! Just restarted 30 day shred yesterday ( never able to finish it) so hopefully this time will be the time I do the entire 30 days, then maybe I will try the slim down.
  • Restarted again yesterday and all of your results are definitely very motivating! Maybe I will actually finish it this time :) You all look so great!
  • Well, restarted again last night. Hopefully can stick with it now! Had a rough week and couldn't bring myself to exercise but back and recommitted! Hope to see some amazing results from those ahead of me, to keep me going!

  • Glad to hear I was not the only one who skipped a few days. My kids have had a stomach bug for the past couples days, which equals no sleep and no exercising for mommy. Hoping everyone starts to feel better soon! Ready to get back in to things!

  • I have been in the same cycle for years! I will start doing good and have something I "shouldn't" just telling myself nooone will know. Well, this time around I decided not to do a diet. I am tracking every single calorie but I'm having what I want. I just have to ask myself "Is that oreo worth wasting all the calories…
