yeah for lunch today i just had 4 slices of garlic bread nad i thought yeah its a bit greasy but 4 cant be that bad can it? so i logged it in and i had 900cals just for that!!! shocking. now ive got no caloreis left for today :(

oh i absaloutely love mangos! they have such a tropical, sweet taste. Kiwis are great too. Since my diet ive also started eating natural yoghurt and honey with fruit for my breakfas, delicious!

ok thanks, what amount of weight loss do you think is more sensible as ive never been on a diet before i really have no idea how long it takes. what is the normal calorie intake for a diet?

My maximum calorie intake for my diet on here is 1200 and i want to lose a stone in around a month, do you think thats too much or too little?
