If it's cardio/HIIT - I eat back around 80%-90% - I use a HRM to track calories burned. If it's Weightlifting - I don't eat back the calories.

Morning all. 1 week after I started the exercises and the diet, lost 7lbs :D , I am currently have188lb since last monday when I had 195lb . My goal is 163 lb so I am looking forward to continue going down even more this week :D
