After the annual physical last year, I was warned by the Doc to reduce 30 pounds, get into healthy BMI and control the cholesterol levels. Today I am in my targets and everything is so light and fresh.

Soak the cotton cloth in Apple Cider Vinegar and cover your tummy for 30 mins. You will see the difference. Excersie cannot be avoided though.

I think its fine. I generally have nuts or yogurt at midnight. So far no issues.

1 cup cooked Quinoa with finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cilantro, peanuts and lemon. Also add tamarind, chopped garlic, mint and Jalapeno pickle. Salt per taste and a pinch of sugar. This is Quinoa Bhel.

30 Mins Treadmill, 25 mins Dumbells and Weights. 15 mins leasure walk. Lost 1 pound today. Looks like was on a plateau from 3 weeks. Happy.

Started weight lifts and dumbbells. 20 minutes first day. Heard and read a lot about Cardio Vs Strength. Lets see how it goes. Anyone doing this has any idea? I am planning for 3 days cardio and 2 days strength. But experience suggestions would be awesome.

You are right. I am not a big fan of chewing gums. Already stopped it. It worked for me but not sure if this could help others. Just shared my experience. Else there is no point in changing trains :)

Plateau sucks and demotivates. So keep going and you will come over it in couple of weeks if not days. Increase your calorie intake and shift the exercise patterns. Like Cardio Vs Strength or just jog/walk in park. You did excellent so far. Keep moving.

I used to have 4 cans each day. Reduced it to 3, 2 and then 1 can a day. Then 6 days, 5 days and gradually, I am having coke only on weekends and a can or 2. Hoping to stop completely. Chewing gums helped me to come over the cravings.

I guess this is little mis-information. zero calories when multiplied by number of servings is still zero. LOL.

Eat whatever you want.... Run for 30 mins (or more based on how much you eat) to compensate.

23 pounds gone so far. 40 minutes, 300 calories all treadmill.

Target Net calorie of 1600 and 45 mins cardio. If you eat more, burn more.

40 mins Treadmill Interval 3.5 to 6 miles 3% to 6% inclination. 5 mins if elliptical. 3 mins of Planks.

I used it for two months and invented a miraculous method to lose money but not fat.

I went through similar situation, but tolerable pain. I order HImalaya herbal pain oil off amazon and it worked good for me. Pain killers are temporary releif IMHO and shoul dnot become a habbit.
