Maintaining but growing tummy fat
I am on MFP from 8 months, 5 feet 6 inches Male. I started with 172 pounds and currently 144. I am now maintaining at 142 - 144 from 2 months. How can this be true?
I happen to grab Kosher whole Dill from Walmart and surprised to see it has zero calories. The nutrition info says zero Calories. fat and cholesterol. 1g of carb and 15% sodium. Can there be food with zero calories and is it healthy? Am I getting anything out of it? Appreciate your replies.

Not losing inspote of exercise and diet control
I am 35 years male. I started exercise (burning approx 200 cal) and 1200 Cal diet. All worked well for the first month. I reduced from 170 to 163 in 4 weeks.
