Abs..!!

Hi All,
During the last 5 months, I lost 26 pounds and now in a healthy weight and BMI.
I am concentrating on some good abs work.
I am a noob. I want to maintain my weight. Do not intend to bulk.
I have few questions if some one can please help.
1. What should be a realistic goal. I am not aiming to become a fitness model but a good body.
2. I am currently doing 40 mins cardio. Should I reduce this and increase the strength or keep both.
3. How many days a week and how much time should one do cardio and strength.
4. My apartment gym is not equipped with heavy macines.
Do you think 6 months with 4 days a week good for gaining 6 packs?
Appreciate your replies.
