Definitely switch up your exercise--every workout should leave you feeling like a mess (in a good way, of course!) Also, I'd keep an eye out for the proportions (fat,carb, protein ration) in your calories...you may have to scale down/up on certain things...and limit sugar to certain days... I hope that helps!
