Honestly, you just have to want to do it bad enough. Are you logging your soda? For me, I look at the calories in everything... Do I want to waste "X" amount of my allotted calories on a drink? Be honest with yourself. Weigh and log everything, you will be surprised by many foods... both good and bad. Do not get discouraged. Keep focused on the future. Where do you want to see yourself one year from now? A healthier happier you? You CAN do this! We are here for your support. Use us.

We don't get to control where on our bodies we lose the weight. So you lose some breast weight... is it really the end of the world? Your overall body health should be more important than the size of your breast. JMO

Yep, it fluctuates for me sometimes up to 5 lbs. I weigh daily, but don't freak about about it. I only log it every Wednesday morning.
