exercise calories burned
I've got two questions please... 1. When logging exercise on MFP, and it shows you the calories burned, does it take into consideration your weight? 2. I've heard MFP is a little off with calories burned, so only to eat back 50 -75 % of what it says you burned. Sound right? Thanks

I've been searching the database for different things this weekend. Noticing of course that calories differ depending on how they are cooked. ie angus steak burger 1/3 lb 330 calories, 220 when grilled? Tracking calories burned...
I have read that MFP really over estimates the calories burned for exercising. Does anyone have a better way to keep track of my exercise. I don't want to eat back more calories than I should. I do not have any gadgets that keep track. Is there a more accurate place to check my numbers? Thanks!
