Tracking calories burned...

I have read that MFP really over estimates the calories burned for exercising. Does anyone have a better way to keep track of my exercise. I don't want to eat back more calories than I should. I do not have any gadgets that keep track. Is there a more accurate place to check my numbers?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Some people use things like a Fitbit or a heart rate monitor. Or else the exercise machine that you are using will say how many cals burned. I thought that MFP would be more accurate as it has your height & weight etc but apparently not..
There are some sites that you can calculate calories burned through exercise on, where you enter your weight too: http://www.healthstatus.com/calculate/cbc0 -
No matter what you use be it HRM or fitbit it's still an estimate. Trial and error. If you eat them back and your not losing then eat less of them back until you get a level that works for you0

MFP gives almost the exact same amount of calories burned that the treadmill and elliptical do. The closest you can get to exact is to get a HRM but if you are worried about eating back exercise calories try just eating back half.0

All the calorie burns are estimates. Some people eat back half their exercise calories to reduce the margin of error. Some people get a heart rate monitor or an activity tracker like Fitbit.
It will take trial & error to find what works for you. Read this: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1080242-a-guide-to-get-you-started-on-your-path-to-sexypants0 -

Will check this site out as well. Not looking for a gadget, just a possibly more accurate site to check calories burned. Thanks0
