I've been at this new lifestyle for about a month now. I've been swimming 3-5 days a week for an hour or so. Really good exercise for me. I have feet and back issues and so swimming allows me the workout I need without the pain.
My problem this week.... the pool where I swim has been closed all week due to the extreme cold weather. They can't keep it warm enough to open to the public. I did my weekly weigh in and lost less than a half a pound this week.... I've stayed within my allotted calories all week. But I am a bit disappointed in my tiny loss.
I guess the exercising really does make a difference. I know I feel better when I am able to be consistent with it. I am looking forward to being able to get back into it. I sure hope it warms up enough soon! I don't want to get discouraged.
